Throughout my life I have listened to many great songs, by many great bands. But the band that stands out the most and has the best 5 songs ever is the band Queen. The band stars the late great Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon. The five songs that have been chosen to me as the greatest 5 songs in history are, #5 The Show Must Go On, #4 I Want It All, #3 Radio Ga Ga #2 Fat Bottomed Girls and #1 is Bohemian Rhapsody. All these songs have one thing in common, the voice of Freddie Mercury. Also they have great drum and guitar solos that stand out.

#5. The Show Must Go On

This song is special because not only this is the final song of Freddie Mercury's life but the lyrics get to me. The lyrics tell us that even though we are gone, the show must go on. This song can tell us after we die, the legacy doesn't stop but it must continue.

#4. I Want It All

I Want It All is another song that it one of my favorites by Queen. The intro with all the band members singing was really cool. Throughout the song there was many guitar solos but the one that stood out was Roger Taylors drumming throughout the end. Roger Taylor did a great job with the drums, it must of taken him a while to rehearse the solo. Also uses of the piano throughout the song also gave a throwback to the original Bohemian Rapsody.

#3 Radio Ga Ga

Radio Ga Ga is another song that is one of my favorites but one of the hardest to choose as the number three spot. It was close between Killer Queen and Somebody to Love. Radio Ga Ga is a great song not only for mentioning technology but the classic black and white of the music video. The song also shows how great John Deacon and Brian May are with the guitar. Their solos make the song stand out. This song is good regular or live from Live Aid in 1985.

#2 Fat Bottom Girls

Fat Bottom Girls is a very good song made by Queen, not only for there vocal works but also the use of Brian May and Roger Taylor's Guitar. The song is good the regular version or the live version. The songs style and great vocals makes this song stand out as my second favorite song of all time.

#1 Bohemian Rhapsody

Bohemian Rhapsody is the greatest song to be ever made and also the greatest rock and roll song in history. The intro when all four band members are singing with barely instruments, then goes to soft with a piano and soft guitar. Then the real great parts come in, the music stops and Freddie Mercury and Roger Taylor are just singing, then it goes acapella. Then a rock and roll medley comes after with lots of guitar, drums and vocals, then the song comes to a close with smooth guitar ending.
